NNAKKI TRUST & SAFETY CENTRE
Building Africa's Most Trusted Marketplace
At NNAKKI, trust is our product.
Every booking, payment, review and interaction is supported by policies designed to protect Customers, Professionals and the integrity of the marketplace.
Unlike traditional informal service transactions, NNAKKI actively invests in identity verification, secure payments, fraud prevention, incident management and continuous trust monitoring to create a safer environment for everyone.
Our Trust & Safety Centre explains how we work together to protect our community.
1. Identity Verification Policy
