1. Corporate Voucher Terms
Purpose
NNAKKI Corporate Vouchers enable organisations to purchase digital beauty, wellness and personal care benefits for employees, customers, members or beneficiaries.
Corporate Vouchers may be used as part of:
- Employee wellness programmes
- Staff recognition initiatives
- Corporate gifting
- Customer loyalty programmes
- Women's empowerment initiatives
- NGO and donor programmes
- Government support initiatives
- Skills development programmes
- Health and wellness campaigns
Voucher Issuance
Corporate Vouchers may be issued:
- electronically
- through unique voucher codes
- via employee accounts
- through employer dashboards
- through API integrations (future)
Each voucher has:
- a unique identifier
- an allocated value
- an expiry date (where applicable)
- permitted redemption conditions
Redemption
Corporate Vouchers may be redeemed only through eligible bookings made on the NNAKKI platform.
Vouchers cannot:
- be exchanged for cash
- be transferred unless expressly permitted
- be resold
- be redeemed outside NNAKKI
Partial Redemption
Where permitted:
- unused voucher balances may remain available until expiry; or
- the full voucher value may be consumed in a single transaction,
depending on the specific corporate programme.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers
NNAKKI is not responsible for vouchers that are shared, transferred or used without authorisation unless the unauthorised use results from a security incident within NNAKKI's systems.
Expiry
Voucher validity periods are determined by the sponsoring organisation unless otherwise agreed.
Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed unless required by applicable law or specifically extended by NNAKKI or the sponsoring organisation.
Fraud Prevention
NNAKKI reserves the right to suspend voucher redemption where fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity is suspected.
2. Enterprise Terms
Purpose
These Enterprise Terms govern organisations using NNAKKI's enterprise services.
Enterprise customers may include:
- Corporates
- Government departments
- Municipalities
- NGOs
- Development agencies
- Universities
- Insurance companies
- Medical schemes
- Financial institutions
- Retail groups
- Hospitality businesses
- Construction companies

Enterprise Services
Depending on the agreement, enterprise services may include:

Enterprise Responsibilities
Enterprise customers agree to:
- provide accurate organisational information
- nominate authorised users
- comply with applicable laws
- protect login credentials
- use services only for lawful purposes
- respect platform policies
Service Availability
NNAKKI aims to provide reliable platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Scheduled maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
Where practical, advance notice of planned maintenance will be provided.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during the business relationship.

Data Ownership
Enterprise customers retain ownership of their business data.
NNAKKI retains ownership of:
- platform software
- infrastructure
- algorithms
- AI systems
- analytics methodologies
- marketplace technology
Termination
Enterprise agreements may be terminated:
- by mutual agreement
- upon expiry
- for material breach
- where required by law
- for prolonged non-payment
Termination does not affect obligations relating to confidentiality, intellectual property, payment or data protection that are intended to survive.
3. API Terms (Future)
Purpose
As NNAKKI expands, selected partners may be granted access to NNAKKI APIs to integrate bookings, payments, identity verification, reporting and other approved services into their own systems.
API access is available only with NNAKKI's prior written approval.
Permitted Use
Approved API users may access only those functions expressly authorised under their agreement.
API access must not be used to:
- replicate the NNAKKI platform
- build competing marketplaces
- harvest user data
- bypass platform fees
- interfere with platform operations
Security Requirements
API partners must:
- protect API credentials
- implement secure authentication
- encrypt data in transit
- monitor unauthorised access
- notify NNAKKI promptly of security incidents
Rate Limits
To protect platform stability, NNAKKI may impose:
- request limits
- usage quotas
- bandwidth restrictions

Intellectual Property
API documentation, SDKs, schemas and related materials remain the intellectual property of NNAKKI.
No licence is granted except as expressly provided in writing.
Availability

Purpose
NNAKKI uses WhatsApp Business to provide customers and professionals with a convenient, secure and familiar communication channel.
These Terms apply to interactions through NNAKKI's official WhatsApp Business services.

Depending on availability, WhatsApp services may include:

- Customer onboarding

- Booking confirmations
- Customer support
- Verification updates
- Notifications

Official Communications
Customers should interact only with NNAKKI's verified WhatsApp Business account.
NNAKKI will never request:
- passwords
- banking PINs
- one-time verification codes
- confidential payment credentials
through WhatsApp.
Message Monitoring
To improve platform safety and service quality, messages exchanged through NNAKKI-managed WhatsApp channels may be analysed using automated systems and reviewed by authorised personnel where necessary for:
- fraud prevention
- dispute resolution
- service improvement
- abuse detection
- regulatory compliance
Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
Users must not use WhatsApp services to:
- send abusive messages
- distribute spam
- engage in harassment

Availability
WhatsApp services depend on third-party infrastructure.
NNAKKI cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability where outages occur outside its control.

Termination
